Infuse Cash Into Your Business

Cash is KING. It is always nice to have a lot of cash coming in and a lot in the bank.

Currently if you are struggling and looking for a way to get a quick infusion of cash into your business…it is to focus on the second step in the business building formula, Persuading Current Customers To Come Into Your Store.

It doesn’t surprise me anymore when I talk to dealers and they are not communicating with their current customer base. Remember, it costs 5 times more to market to new customers than persuade your current clients to come back into your store.

Here’s what you do…Go back over your database and find out how many of your current customers have come back over the past year and how much of your gross sales contributed to repeat business. If you don’t have a database or record of your past customer transactions, then start today. If it is kept on paper, pay someone to enter them into a database for you.

Imagine if 20% of your business in a year is from repeat business and your can increase that number to 30 or even 40%. It is the easiest way to have a constant flux of customers in your store, make the money you deserve, and cut back to take more time off with friends and family. Once you learn how to do this, you can literally put this on autopilot and have someone else run it for you.

Then you want to find out this magical number…

How often does your average customer return. It is 6 months? 12 months? Or 18 months?

Why is this number so important?

Because now you can plan your marketing around customers that you have not seen during that time period. For example if x client has not come back, you send them a flyer or letter with a coupon inviting them back into the store….this is called a lost customer campaign.

However, this is not the fastest way to infuse cash into you business. The fastest way is to do a three-step letter to your current customer inviting them back into your store.

What does this entail?

It entails using principles of direct response marketing to compel your clients to come to shop with you. Your clients already KNOW you. It is easier to get them back into the store to spend their money. Again, if you are looking for a quick and easy way to infuse cash into your business, create a 3 letter sequence for your clients, create a compelling reason to get them back into the store, and start collect the money.
